e-comProfitAgent is a profit intelligence and AI execution platform for Shopify DTC store owners, operated by E-COMPROFITAGENT LTD (company number: 17272047), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.. The platform connects to your Shopify store and uses AI agents to analyse your profit, ad spend, and growth metrics.
e-comProfitAgent offers a 90-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start your trial.

You agree to use e-comProfitAgent only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
When you connect your Shopify store, you grant e-comProfitAgent permission to read your store data (orders, products, revenue, costs) solely for the purpose of providing the platform services. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The AI agents analyse your store data and produce recommendations, briefings, and suggested actions. These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. You should verify all recommendations independently before making business decisions. e-comProfitAgent is not responsible for decisions made based on agent recommendations.
The accuracy of profit insights depends on the quality and completeness of your Shopify store data, ad platform connections, and COGS information. e-comProfitAgent does not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations, projections, or forecasts. Margins and profit figures are estimates based on available data.
We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
e-comProfitAgent is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, design, code, AI agents, and functionality of e-comProfitAgent is the intellectual property of Shaun Sadiq trading as e-comProfitAgent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own business purposes during your active subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of e-comProfitAgent after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
